Domain God Terms

1. Whilst domains are offered free, they are not guaranteed until the order has been fully completed.
2. You may choose an alternative domain for your hosting if the chosen one is not available, but your order however will not be cancelled and no monies will be refunded.
3. Only when 6 months have passed since the date that your package was purchased will you be entitled to transfer-out the package domain name. There will be no charge to leave DomainGod.
4. All renewal periods are yearly, regardless of the minimum terms set by the domain registries.
5. Even though a lot of our packages offer unlimited web space, there is a "fair usage policy" in place at Domain God, which means that we will monitor users who upload an excessive amount of data to their web site, which may reduce the speed and space that is available for other users. In this case, a warning may be issued and if action is not taken, you may have your web space limited.
6. The base currency for all packages sold on Domain God is GBP Sterling. For orders outside the UK, the daily conversion rate will be used when converting into your own currency.

Registry requirements

1. Each registry operator has its own terms and conditions, policies and requirements covering the registration, use and renewal of domain names and related matters like dispute resliution procedures and transfer procedures - 'registry requirements'.
2. ICANN may also impose terms and conditions, policies and requirements on registry operators, us and / or registrants. Where such terms and conditions, policies and requirements are relevant to domain name applicants or registrants, they also count as 'registry requirements'.
3. A new registry requirement, or an amendment of an existing one, takes effect as soon as the registry operator requires it to take effect (even if that is retrospective). That is beyond our control.
4. Some registry requirements are set out in these terms. Others are cross-referenced. ICANN or a registry operator may have, or introduce, new ones.
5. You apply for, and accept, registration for any domain name subject to all applicable registry requirements from time to time.
6. You are responsible for familiarising yourself with all registry requirements, whether or not they are included or referenced in these terms.
7. You release us from any claim arising out of registry requirements or anything that we do under them.
8. Registry requirements are for the benefit of registry operators and us, not for the benefit of you or other registrants. You can never oblige us to enforce registry requirements against other people.

Period of registration and pricing

1. All prices displayed on Domain God for each package are the monthly costs, however all package terms are yearly and charged as such. Prices and package details are subject to change without prior notice.
2. All domains are offered free, although it is neccessary to purchase a hosting package to accompany it. You may order as many domain names as you wish, but each name must be attached to a separate package purchased from Domain God.
3. All domains offered through Domain God are on a yearly term, regardless of the minimum terms set by the domain registries. Renewals are yearly, and the cost of your associated package will be charged up front for one year.

Cancellation of registration

1. Orders made through Domain God are set for a period of one year, and as such payment for the package you choose is taken up front for this yearly period. You are bound by this yearly term and your package and domain name may not be cancelled within this period.

Spam & Unsolicited use of the service

1. You must never use your domain name, or allow anyone else to use it, to send unsolicited commercial email.
2. We reserve the right to terminate an account belonging to any applicant suspected of using their domain name to send unsolicited email without notice and without refund.
3. Any applicant found to be hosting adult content on their domain will be asked to take it down immediately. Violation of this rule will result in suspension of service and, in most cases, cancellation without refund.

Amending these terms

1. We may amend these terms by publishing the amendments on our web site.
2. Amended terms take effect when they are published, unless they specify a later time or date.
3. We may amend these terms with retrospective effect in response to any illegal or antisocial conduct that is taking place or seems likely.
4. Otherwise, amendments only apply after they are published.
